As a Big-4 consulting Partner-in-Charge, Jay’s career focused on building highly successful consulting practices serving C-level management in both privately held Small/Middle-market and large public Fortune 500 companies. In addition to his fifteen years in the Big-4 consulting, Jay has 20 plus years as a successful entrepreneur, starting his first venture at age 24. He co-authored three award-winning, internationally successful books and has served on numerous charity and public service committees/boards. Among his assignments Jay served as consulting Partner in Deloitte & Touche’s Management Solutions Group, sitting on two national committees and leading the three-state Southern Ohio Valley Technology Group. For his efforts in assessing the needs of the Indiana Department of Welfare which identified over $100 million in savings, Jay was awarded the “Sagamore of the Wabash”; the highest honor the Governor of Indiana can bestow on an Indiana citizen. For five years Jay served as advisor and consultant to Sam Walton on computer controls and IT effectiveness at Wal-mart often reporting directly to Mr. Walton. Jay’s current focus is advising and serving CEOs and business leaders who are experiencing hyper-growth and/or are looking to enhance their own knowledge and leadership skills.
